PeopleSoft Junior Associate

The ideal candidate will have a fundamental understanding of Peoplesoft applications and a desire to grow their expertise in this field. You will likely be working as part of a consulting team or an internal IT department supporting a company’s PeopleSoft application.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Learn PeopleSoft modules and their functionalities. Assist with PeopleSoft implementations, upgrades, and ongoing support tasks.
  • Participate in Peoplesoft-related projects, contributing to various stages such as requirement gathering, testing, and deployment.
  • Help develop and maintain reports and documentation.
  • Collaborate with team members, including senior consultants, business analysts, and clients.
  • Perform testing tasks to ensure system functionality.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic understanding of SQL queries or other ERP systems.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in the ERP domain.
