Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Consultant

 

Experience: 4-8 Years

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll India according to client business needs and local regulations.
  • Set up payroll elements, compensation, deductions, and statutory contributions based on Indian labor laws.
  • Ensure payroll configurations comply with Indian statutory regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, tax calculations, etc.).
  • Integrate Oracle Payroll with other Oracle HCM modules like Core HR, Time & Labor, Benefits, Absence Management, etc.
  • Manage payroll runs and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate payroll processing and generating payslips.
  • Generate statutory reports (e.g., Form 16, Form 24Q) and ensure timely compliance with tax and labor laws.
  • Lead unit testing, integration testing, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for payroll functionalities.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand payroll needs, provide updates, and recommend best practices.
  • Provide training and knowledge transfer to clients on payroll processes, configuration, and reporting.
  • Offer ongoing post-implementation support and resolve payroll-related issues efficiently.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, preferably for India payroll requirements.
  • Strong understanding of Indian statutory payroll regulations (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Income Tax, etc.).
  • Proficient in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Expertise in payroll integrations with other Oracle Cloud modules (Core HR, Benefits, Time & Labor).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work both independently and in teams.
  • Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll certification is preferred.
