Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle applications to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical skills and functional knowledge, ensuring that Oracle solutions align with business requirements while also being technically sound. This position will involve working on the implementation, configuration, support, and maintenance of Oracle applications in various modules.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation & Configuration: Responsible for the end-to-end implementation and configuration of Oracle applications in Human Capital Management (HCM), (Core HR, Absence,Talent Management Modules,Workforce Management Modules,Payroll, Benefits, OTBI Reports, Time&Labor).
  • Customization & Development: Develop and customize Oracle forms, reports, workflows, and other components to meet business requirements.
  • Business Requirement Gathering: Interact with business users to gather requirements, map them to Oracle applications, and recommend functional solutions.
  • System Integration: Work on data migration, system integration, and interface design to ensure seamless integration with third-party systems.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing post-implementation support and maintenance of Oracle applications, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring system optimization.
  • Testing & Documentation: Conduct system testing, regression testing, and document functional designs, test scripts, and technical specifications.
  • Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training to end-users on Oracle system functionality and best practices. Document and share technical and functional knowledge.
  • Upgrade & Patch Management: Plan, test, and implement Oracle patches, upgrades, and release management for Oracle applications.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams, functional consultants, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience 3+ Years in Oracle applications with strong exposure to both technical and functional aspects of Oracle modules.
  • Expertise in Strong hands-on experience with Core HR, Absence,Talent Management Modules,Workforce Management Modules,Payroll, Benefits,OTBI Reports, Time&Labor).
  • Strong understanding of business processes within Oracle and how they map to applications.
  • Oracle certification in any relevant module is a plus.

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Fusion or Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
