Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion HCM Reporting & Analytics Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will specialize in designing and developing insightful dashboards, key performance indicators (KPIs), and metrics to drive strategic decision-making. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion HCM modules and expertise in reporting tools, data visualization, and analytics within the Oracle environment.

 

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Dashboard & Report Development:

  • Design and develop interactive dashboards and advanced reports using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), BI Publisher, OTBI, and other Oracle reporting tools.
  • Create visualizations that effectively communicate key metrics and trends.

 

2. KPI & Metrics Development:

  • Identify and define critical KPIs and metrics aligned with business goals.
  • Build and implement these KPIs to measure organizational performance across Oracle HCM modules.

 

3. Data Analysis & Insights:

  • Extract, analyze, and interpret data from Oracle Fusion HCM to provide actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver meaningful analytics.

 

4. System Configuration & Optimization:

  • Configure reporting tools to ensure optimal performance and usability.
  • Optimize data structures and queries to enhance report efficiency and accuracy.

 

5. Data Governance & Security:

  • Ensure adherence to data governance policies and maintain data confidentiality and security.
  • Implement role-based access controls for reports and dashboards.

 

6. Support & Troubleshooting:

  • Provide ongoing support for reporting tools, resolving issues promptly.
  • Conduct training sessions to enable end-users to utilize self-service reporting features effectively.

 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience:

1. Minimum 3+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM reporting and analytics.

2. Proven experience in developing dashboards, KPIs, and metrics in Oracle Analytics Cloud, OTBI, and BI Publisher.

  • Technical Skills:

1. Proficient in Oracle Fusion HCM modules, such as Core HR, Recruiting, Payroll, Absence Management, and Talent Management.

2. Advanced SQL skills for creating complex queries.

3. Knowledge of Oracle database structures and data models.

  • Strong understanding of data visualization best practices.
  • Familiarity with data integration and ETL processes is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate technical concepts into business terms.
  • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
