Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Development Manager based in the United Kingdom to lead the growth of Oracle solutions in the UK market. With over 10 years of experience in business development and a deep understanding of Oracle’s product suite, you will be responsible for driving new business, establishing strategic partnerships, and fostering long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and engage high-potential business opportunities within the UK, focusing on Oracle’s wide range of solutions.
- Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and execute strategies to generate, qualify, and nurture leads that align with Oracle’s offerings.
- Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives in target organizations to drive Oracle’s solutions adoption.
- Consultative Solution Selling: Leverage your knowledge of Oracle products to tailor solutions to customer business needs, challenges, and goals, driving value for clients.
- Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle for Oracle solutions, from identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing deals.
- Market Expansion: Identify and explore new market segments and industries in the UK that present growth opportunities for Oracle.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with Oracle’s technical, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure that customized solutions are delivered to customers efficiently.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance metrics, and updates on the sales pipeline to track progress against targets.
- Competitive and Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitor activities within the market to maintain Oracle’s competitive edge in the UK.
- Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Oracle, ensuring customer feedback and needs are communicated to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Oracle solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle’s product suite and its applications in various industries.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers and C-suite executives.
- Proven ability to generate and convert leads, develop and execute business development strategies, and close high-value deals.
- Experience with enterprise software and cloud solutions.
- Proficiency in CRM tools for managing sales activities, pipelines, and reporting.
- Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the Oracle product ecosystem.
- Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
- Familiarity with the UK business environment and a strong network of potential clients and industry contacts.
- A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or a related field.
Desired Experience:
