Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Business Development Manager based in North India (Delhi NCR) to lead the growth of Oracle solutions in the India market. With over 10 years of experience in business development and a deep understanding of Oracle’s product suite, you will be responsible for driving new business, establishing strategic partnerships with Oracle Team, and fostering long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Development: Identify and engage high-potential business opportunities within the India Region, focusing on Oracle’s wide range of solutions.
• Lead Generation and Qualification: Develop and execute strategies to generate, qualify, and nurture leads that align with Oracle’s offerings.
• Strategic Partnerships: Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and C-level executives in target organizations to drive Oracle’s solutions adoption.
• Consultative Solution Selling: Leverage your knowledge of Oracle products to tailor solutions to customer business needs, challenges, and goals, driving value for clients.
• Sales Process Management: Manage the full sales cycle for Oracle solutions, from identifying opportunities and presenting solutions to negotiating and closing deals.
• Market or Practice Expansion: Identify and explore new market segments or ERP Practice in India that present growth opportunities for Oracle.
• Collaboration with Oracle Team: Work closely with Oracle’s alliance, sales, technical, pre-sales, and marketing teams to ensure organic leads for business growth.
• Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts, performance metrics, and updates on the sales pipeline to track progress against targets.
• Competitive and Market Intelligence: Monitor trends and competitor activities within the market to maintain Oracle’s competitive edge in the India Region.
• Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Oracle, ensuring customer feedback and needs are communicated to internal teams to drive continuous product improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in business development or sales, with a focus on Oracle solutions.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle’s product suite and its applications in various industries.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior-level decision-makers and C-suite executives.
• Proven ability to generate and convert leads, develop and execute business development strategies, and close high-value deals.
• Experience with enterprise software and cloud solutions.
• Proficiency in CRM tools for managing sales activities, pipeline, and reporting.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth within the Oracle product ecosystem.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
• Familiarity with Indian business environment and a strong network of potential clients and industry contacts.
• Ready to work from New Office Set-up which we are planning in Delhi NCR region (Gurgaon or Noida)
• A relevant degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or a related field.

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience selling Oracle solutions within large enterprises.
• Experience in solution-based selling, focusing on the strategic business benefits of Oracle’s offerings.
• Having existing established Oracle Relationship espl in North, East & West regions of India
• Preferably from renowned Oracle Cloud competitors
