Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and creative Front-End Developer to join our team and bring beautiful digital experiences to life across both web and mobile platforms. This role requires strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ReactJS, and React Native with Expo, along with a solid grasp of UI/UX design and mock-up creation in Figma. You’ll work closely with designers and backend developers to deliver pixel-perfect, high-performance user interfaces. The ideal should have expert knowledge in CRM Domain preferably in Zoho CRM / Fresh works including workflows, Forms, Dashboards/reports and data import/export.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain responsive web applications using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ReactJS.
Develop cross-platform mobile applications using React Native with Expo, leveraging Expo’s toolchain for faster development and deployment.
Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes in Figma, and translate them into clean, scalable UI components.
Collaborate with design and product teams to refine user experiences and ensure visual consistency.
Optimize UI performance across web and mobile platforms.
Deploy and manage mobile applications using Expo to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, including build configuration, certificates, and submission processes.
Troubleshoot and debug UI issues across browsers, screen sizes, and mobile devices.
Use Git for version control and participate in Agile/Scrum workflows.
Required Experience and Qualifications:
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+).
Hands-on experience with ReactJS (web) and React Native with Expo (mobile).
Skilled in Figma for UI/UX mockups, wireframes, and prototyping.
Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and mobile-first development.
Familiarity with Expo’s ecosystem (e.g., expo-cli, OTA updates, Expo Go, EAS build).
Experience with mobile app deployment processes for Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with Git and version control tools.
Working knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
Ability to foster a developer community and support ecosystem growth.
Experience in CRM product development in a SaaS platform
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
