Location: Coimbatore

Senior Executive

Experience: 3 – 5 yrs

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:
o Oversee general accounting operations by controlling and verifying our financial transactions.
o Verify, allocate, post and reconcile accounts payable and receivable.
o Produce error-free accounting reports and present their results.
2. GST Filing and Taxation:
o Prepare and file GST returns accurately and on time.
o Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.
o Assist with income tax, TDS, and other statutory filings.
3. Reconciliation:
o Perform periodic bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations.
o Reconcile monthly expenses and resolve any discrepancies.
4. Expense Management:
o Oversee monthly expense tracking and reporting.
o Prepare detailed expense reports for management review.
5. Audit Support:
o Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits.
o Provide necessary documentation and resolve audit queries.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Tally Prime and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and other taxation aspects.
• Experience with account reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication skills, including email drafting and professional correspondence.
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field (preferred).

Preferred Experience:
• Candidates with prior experience in an auditor’s office are highly prefer

Junior Executive

Experience: 1 – 3 yrs

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting and Bookkeeping:
o Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using Tally (preferably Tally Prime).
o Handle day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
o Proper books maintenance by filing invoices on a day-to-day basis.
2. Expense Management:
o Perform monthly expense tracking and reporting.
o Prepare detailed expense reports for management review.
3. Invoice generation -Both normal & E-invoices generation.
4. Assisting with GST Filing and TDS Filing.
5. Assisting with monthly reconciliations of receivables & payables.
6. Assisting with variety of accounting tasks

Key Skills and Qualifications:
