Overview of the Raise Document Request

Raise Document Request has two phases

  • Document Request Phase: Student request for the required documents.
  • Payment Phase: Student will pay for the documents through online payment.

The Raise Document Request provides a facility for the students to get their Grade cards, transcript, Migration certificate, and Degree Certificate

 

Detailed Features of Raise Document Request

The Rise Document Request is the student guide, offering:

  • Students can request the required documents easily.
  • The user interface is also easy for the students.
  • Students can easily request more than one document.
  • After requesting, students can make the payment easily through the payment gateway.

Below page is the Raise Document Request search page, where a student can enter the request ID to request the document

Student will interact with the Raise Document Request through the page:

  • In this page, the student details will be fetched with his personal address, his Roll number, Admit Year, Batch, and Academic Year. (Fig 3)
  • After that, the student will give input on the required document, he/she want.
  • In the Number of copies field, students can enter the number of copies they want.
  • In the Document Received by the student, they can opt how they want the document, for example, they can opt for hand, Email, etc.
  • Reference number will be popped after opting for WES option in Document Received by.

  • In this option, students can opt for different types of documents through this option.
  • The amount will be captured based on the type of document he selects. (Fig 5)
  • The amount will increase based on the number of copies the student selects.

  • In this option student can opt how he/she want the document.
  • There are basically 3 options: Email, In Hand and WES.
  • Upon selection of option WES, reference number option will be popped up.

  • Comment box is provided for the students in case a student needs to put any input. (Fig 6)
  • For example, if a student wants to get their doubt clear, they can ask in the comment box.

  • After providing all the required details, students can pay through online payment.
  • Request status field shows whether the approver approved or not.
