1. Next Application Review Date

PeopleSoft HCM Recruiting Solutions is upgrading to enhance the applicant experience. Now, applicants can easily view the next review date on the job search page. Many of our clients review applications in batches, especially for ongoing job openings. This date informs applicants about when the next review will take place, helping them stay informed and prepared. These improvements aim to make the application process smoother and more transparent for everyone involved.

To make the next review date appear on the candidate Gateway, recruiting administrators must turn on the next review date option in the site setup settings.

Recruiters enter the next review date on the job posting page. The system then calculates and shows the days until the next review. Recruiters can also choose a specific date and select the primary posting checkbox to display the dates of the job opening page.

2. Applicant Ability to Print Submitted Application 

PeopleSoft has added a new feature to Candidate Gateway: applicants can now save or print their submitted applications. You’ll find this option in the actions menu on the application summary page.

Clicking “Print Application Details” opens the application report in a new browser tab.

The header section shows the organization’s information. To set up these details, click on the “Configure Print Details” link on the site setup page. This will open a window where you can enter your organization’s information.
