Manage Job Openings in HCM PUM 48 – Introduction:

1. Manage Job opening page:
NAV: Recruiting > Recruiting Activities > Search Job opening
In the search job opening page, we can open a specific job opening, which leads to the manage job opening page.
In the Manage Job opening page, we could see 6 fields that are newly added as part of the new Pum image are listed below.
- Date Applied
- Last Updated
- Former Employee
- Veteran
- Military Status
- Reference
1. Date Applied: In this field, we can see on which date the applicant applied for this job, which helps the recruiter to track when the candidate/applicant is in the system after applying to the job posting.
2. Last Updated: This field will help to check on which date the application or applicant details got updated recently. We can sort applicants by using the last updated field to get the recently updated applicant easily.
3. Former Employee: This field will mention whether the applicant has worked in the organization previously or not.
4. Military Status: This will describe whether the employee has previously worked in the Military, if yes posting would be displayed along with that.
5. Reference: It will provide the referrer details of the applicant, if the referrer belongs to the same organization, it will populate yes.

2. Manage Applicant Page:
NAV: Recruiting > Recruiting Activities > Search Applicant
In the search job opening page, we can open a specific applicant, which leads to the manage applicant page.
In the Manage Applicant page, we could see 3 fields that are newly added as part of the new Pum image are listed below.
- Date Applied
- Last Updated
- Former Employee
These three fields will give the same details as on the manage job opening page.

3. Configuration of the status grid in the Manage Job Opening Page:
NAV: Recruiting > Recruiting Activities > Search Job opening
In the search job opening page, we can open a specific job opening, which leads to the manage job opening page.
In the highlighted status panel, a recruiter can configure which status they need to display on their page.

By using the above recruiting installation setup page, we can configure the phases that we want to display in the manage job opening page. We can enable or disable the confirmation message also by using this setup page.
