With the release of PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM) 45, a revamped and user-friendly Manage Absence Self-Service page has been introduced in the Absence Management module. Simplified Absence Requests:
The new interface offers a simplified approach to absence requests. Using the absence cards, employees can easily view their recently requested absences, allowing for quick reference and tracking. Moreover, the enhanced functionality enables employees to submit a new absence request directly from the Manage Absence Self-Service page, reducing the need for multiple clicks and enhancing user convenience.

Real-time Absence Balances:
