Step 2:
- Enter the desired location in the Starting Point field. Click the Add to Favorites icon to save this location for future use.

- In the Add to Favorites window, enter a name for the location in the Favorite field (e.g., “Home” or “Client Office”).
- Click the Add button to save your favorite location.

- Click the View Favorites icon to access a list of all saved favorite locations. Select a favorite location from the list to auto-populate the Starting Point field.

- After entering both the starting and destination locations, click the Calculate GPS Distance button. The system will calculate the mileage between the two locations for accurate expense reporting.

- Note: For Grants, you can update: Assistance Listing Numbers, Award Reporting Roles, Award Status, Post-Award Administrator and Principal Investigator.
Step 2:
- On the next page, input the new value for the selected update type.
- Example: Replace Gina Angelini with Samuel Miller as the Contract Administrator.
- The available fields on this page will vary depending on the update type selected in Step 1.

Step 3:
- Use the search functionality to locate the contracts or awards that need updating.
- Select the desired records from the results grid to apply the changes.

- Before submitting the update, review the current values and the new values in the provided summary view. If needed, adjust individual rows to different values. Click Submit to process the updates.

- After submitting, use the Update Summary Page to view a detailed log of changes, including: The old and new values, The person who made the update, The timestamp of the update.
