In the fast-paced world of recruitment, communication plays a crucial role in engaging top talent efficiently. With the latest enhancement to the Redwood experience, recruiters can now send emails and text messages to multiple candidates simultaneously. This feature is available across candidate pools, job applications, prospect lists, events, and search pages, allowing seamless communication at scale.
Recruiters can now utilize the Send Message option, accessible through the “More Actions” menu (three dots) on relevant pages. This allows them to select multiple candidates and send messages in bulk, saving valuable time and effort.
Recruiters can send messages to up to 1000 candidates in one go. When sending messages to more than 10 candidates, it is considered a bulk process, which may take some time to complete. Upon completion, recruiters will receive a worklist notification, and if any messages fail to send, the notification will provide details on the number of failures.
This enhancement significantly reduces the time and effort required to communicate with multiple candidates, making recruitment workflows more efficient.
To enable AI Assist to compose bulk messages, follow these steps:
a) Navigate to the Setup and Maintenance work area.
b) Click the Tasks icon and search for Manage Profile Options.

c) Open the Manage Profile Options task window and click the Create (+) icon to create a new profile option.

d) Enter the following values:

a) Navigate to Setup and Maintenance.
b) Search for Manage Administrator Profile Values.

c) Search for HCM_GENAI_IRC_SEND_MESSAGE_ENABLED.
d) Set the profile level to Site.
e) Set the profile value to Y.

f) Click Save and Close.

c) Search for ORA_FND_AUTH_REST_ACCESS.

d) In the ORA_FND_AUTH_REST_ACCESS: Profile Options section, click the Create (+) icon.

e) Under the Profile Name search and select the Profile Option Code HCM_GENAI_IRC_SEND_MESSAGE_ENABLED.

f) Click Save and Close.
