Today marks the commencement of the twelfth year of Kovaion. Over the last decade and more, Kovaion has seen surpassing growth in terms of delivery and clientele.
Predominantly focused on expanding its portfolio in new sectors as partners of Oracle, we have invested time and energy for a stead-fast growth. We have built a strong foundation for our plethora of customers and now we are prepared for an exponential growth.
Kovaion has realigned its strategy to introduce “ZERO COST DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION” to its customer partners to invest on behalf of them.
As part of our ReInvent, we created new generation leaders(Customer Success Managers). Proud of having diligent, efficient and friendly employees who make every customer project a success, we are looking forward to create a legendary identity for ourselves. I was delighted that everyone stepped up to support your colleagues when someone from your team (or their families) was affected due to Covid-19.
I specially thank our employees, customers, partners for sticking with us and always supporting us even in the toughest situation.
Travelling back the memory lane, over the last one year, We at Kovaion have redefined strategies and ventured on new opportunities, creating a niche for ourselves in the Oracle -Partner world.
Rewind of 2021:
- Revived to Pre-Covid days with all our offices open to enjoy team connectivity and reinstate delivery from Offices.
- Ensuring safety to employees, the re-opening of offices were measured with safety protocols at every step.
- Introduced the concept of “Customer Success Manager”, with each team handled under a CSM as a tiny organization by itself, to ensure exemplary Delivery.
- Expanded the forte on ERP Cloud and have bagged couple of ERP Cloud projects on Support & Enhancement, thereby adding new Logos to the Clientele.
- Expanded our Global Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Practice in Europe (NGO, Insurance), UAE(Network) and USA(HiTech).
- Expanded on the Business Development stream, onboarded AVPs and fresh minds to expand business and procure new customers .
- As a business initiative, announced “ZERO COST DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION” as new way of serving customers.
- Manifested ourselves as the Strongest Oracle partner in the Banking Domain, irrespective of PeopleSoft or Oracle.
- Major deliveries on Cloud Adoption, PeopleSoft Upgrade/AMS and well recognized by Oracle.
- Featured as PeopleSoft Innovator.
- Exponential growth with increased Employees by 40%, Revenue by 130%, Partner ecosystem by 50%.
- Earned Oracle expertise level in Cloud Transformations.
- Increased visibility of our low code platform (Wootz) and expanded the customer base.
- Invest in learning via Oracle Cloud programs and learning credits.
Our CSR activities in 2021: Our key social activities on Society and Education includes building toilet for schools, sport kits for upcoming MB Cricket Club, grocery support for villages, and medical help for needed people.
Company plan for 2022:
As we head towards #2022, I’d like us to be the innovators of future.
As Indira Nooyi (former CEO of PepsiCo) says – BE BOLD, CONNECT WITH OTHERS, BE A LIFE-LONG STUDENT and ‘Start to paint the picture of what future could be’.
Some of our plans for 2022 includes
- Moving to a new office in Bangalore.
- Invest in renewables energies to reduce our carbon footprint substantially.
- Improve Customer Satisfaction with any gaps addressed and quality customer service
- Increase our services and value for our existing customers.
- Concentrate and build Team capabilities around niche skillsets – Cloud, devops and automations.
- Explore new opportunities on Low Code Platforms.
- Focus on Digital Transformation via most efficient way.
Kovaion continues to hire niche talent.
2021 was fantastic with tons of opportunities and growth. We will continue our focus on Oracle Cloud technologies, Wootz Platform, and many more.
