Revamped Learning Page Experience for Learners & Managers | Oracle Learn

Tired of encountering outdated, poorly formatted learning pages within Oracle HCM? Look no further – introducing the all-new Browsing Experience designed exclusively for Learners and Managers. This cutting-edge feature enhances the learning pages found under the “Me” and “My Team” sections, offering an enhanced and highly effective interface.

This streamlined view of the learning page provides learners with effortless access to their Required Learning, Current Learning, All Completed Learning, and Learning History within the “My Learning” section. Furthermore, it introduces an additional enhancement by enabling users to search for assigned courses based on various criteria such as Learning Type, Learning Format, City, and Language. Users can conveniently sort all these details by criteria such as Most Recently Featured, Most Recently Added, Title, Starting Soonest, Rating, and Most Relevant.

Upon navigating to the My Team Manager’s page, the same browsing options will be readily accessible to the manager within the Learning section. Additionally, a valuable enhancement is introduced – the manager will have the capability to monitor the learning progress of individual team members. This includes tracking the number of required and voluntary courses they have successfully completed, as well as identifying any overdue courses.

The Manager can effortlessly access and organize this information using various sorting options, such as sorting by Overdue, Most to Least Recent, Enrollments, Least to Most Recent, and Alphabetical order (both A to Z and Z to A). Furthermore, the Manager will have the ability to review the courses in which their reporters are enrolled, providing a comprehensive view of their team’s learning endeavors.
