1. My Work Grouplet:

The My Work section helps users manage exceptions and approvals. For users with the “EX_FLUID_ADMIN” role, all four exception categories are visible.

Users without this role will only see non-reimbursable charges to prepaid credit cards. Key changes include:

 

Renaming of Categories:

  • “Incorrectly Reimbursed Expenses” is now called “Cash Advances Paid in Error and Overdue”.
  • Cash Advances” has been renamed to “Outstanding Cash Advances”.

  • These exceptions allow users to take specific Actions, such as notifying employees or managers directly from the WorkCenter.

This gives administrators a more structured view of exceptions that require attention. With the renaming of categories, users now have better visibility into cash advances that need resolution, improving expense management.

 

2. My Approvals Grouplet:

The My Approvals section allows users to review and act on pending approvals assigned to them. This enables a quick and streamlined workflow, allowing managers to process expense claims without delay.
