Utilize the capabilities of adaptive intelligence (AI) to craft effective and relevant feedback. Simply begin typing your feedback and click the AI Assist icon to access this feature.
Introduction to AI Assistance Feedback:
The Feedback AI Assist is a pivotal feature in Oracle HCM Cloud that represents a groundbreaking advancement in employee feedback processes. By integrating artificial intelligence with user experience, enhances operational efficiency and streamlines the feedback process.
With AI Assistance, the application automatically generates feedback based on your initial input. After reviewing and making any desired revisions, click Submit to send the feedback.
Employees can give feedback, receive feedback, and view pending requests.
1. Give Feedback:
- Using the Give Feedback Quick Action, available under the ME tab, employees can provide feedback to anyone and restrict visibility based on their preferences.

- Here, you can search for a person to whom you need to send feedback and click the Use AI Assist button to generate AI suggestions.

- The Use AI Assist button is enabled after entering your feedback. Click it to generate the feedback.

- The feedback is generated using AI assistance.
2. Received Feedback:
- Employees can view the feedback provided to them on the feedback page. This page displays the total feedback received and pending requests for a better user experience.

- Users can view their feedback and send a Thank You Note as a token of gratitude.

- The Thank You Note will be sent as in-app notifications to the respective sender upon clicking the send button.

- The sender receives a thank you note as shown in the image.
3. Requests Pending:
- By clicking on the Feedback About Others tab, feedback requests currently with the user will be displayed.

- Under the Feedback Requests About Others section, pending requests will be listed. Click the edit icon to provide feedback.

- The View Feedback option allows users to see the feedback provided to requesters.
