- Select Destinations: Use the Destination field to choose where the post will appear, such as Grow or My Activity Center.
- Set Duration: Decide how long the post should be visible on the selected page.
- Add Links: Include custom or predefined URLs in posts to make the content more engaging.
- Preview Before Publishing: See how the post will look before publishing it.
- Track Performance: Analyze employee interactions with the post after publishing.
User can also quickly find any post using the destination filter on the campaign list page.
Steps to Create and Publish a Post in Grow
Step 1: Create a Filtered List
- Go to My Client Group > Quick Actions > Filtered List under Data Exchange.
- Provide the required details like Name, Object, and Subscriber based on requirement.
- Based on the object, the user can create a condition, then click on the Create button.

Step 2: Create a Communication Team
- Go to Setup and Maintenance > Search for Communication Team and Click on Add button.
- Provide the required details like Team Name, Campaign Purpose, and add team members as needed.

Step 3: Access Campaigns
- Navigate to My Client Group > Quick Actions > Campaign under Communicate.
- Review the list of existing campaigns.
- Click the +Create button to begin a new campaign.

- Fill in the campaign details such as Name, Number, and Description.
- Select the Communication Team created earlier to manage the campaign.
- Click Continue.
