With a long-term focus on Digital HR Transformation, Emids’ Talent & Culture team, IT Team, along with the Kovaion’s Subject Matter Experts launched Global HR, Absence Management, and Oracle Digital Assistant for entities across Armenia, Romania, Canada, India, the US, and the Philippines. Following the initial phase, Emids went live with Goals, Performance, Talent Profile, and Compensation to all these listed entities.
