You can now easily create a survey for your team with the newly designed survey interface, which is both user-friendly and intuitive. As a manager, this tool allows you to swiftly design surveys or polls to gather valuable feedback from your team members on key topics related to their work. These could include areas such as ongoing projects, schedules, work environment, skills, competencies, collaboration, training opportunities, availability, and preferences.

Creating a Survey
The new survey interface can be accessed through the “Create Survey” quick action located under the My Team tab.

Different options to create a survey
Copy from existing survey: Start with a template from your past creations. The new survey will have the existing survey details, questions, and responses that you can customize for the new survey.

- Create survey: Enter the required details to create a new survey, including the survey name, instructions, questions, and response options, ensuring all relevant information is accurately included.

- Create survey with AI Assist: Let AI give you a hand in drafting your survey and describe what the survey is about for suggestions on the name, instructions, questions, and responses.

After creating the survey, you can:
- Review the survey details in preview mode
- Set the start and end dates for the survey
- Configure reminder settings for assignees
- Assign the survey to your direct reports
- Modify the survey by making changes to existing questions
- Add new questions
- Reorder questions – If there are 2 questions or more and you want them rendered in a certain order in the survey.
- Remove questions

Managing Your Survey
- After creating the survey, you can assign it to team members and modify details as needed, such as extending the end date for incomplete responses. The updated end date will apply to new assignees as well.
- To edit a survey, go to the Explore tab and use the Survey category filter chip to select the survey for modification.

- Make sure you’ve enabled journeys and the Team Activity Center page. Refer to Moving to Journeys, Prerequisites for Journeys chapter in the Implementing and Using Journeys guide.

- Ideal for quick surveys for a small group with a limited set of workers.
- As surveys created by a manager are personal surveys, therefore available only to them and not to other managers.
- You can add only a maximum of 10 questions to a survey.
- Editing is off-limits once responses start rolling in.
- Surveys are non-recurring and have an end date.
