The latest update to PeopleSoft, Image 50, introduces a significant enhancement for North American Payroll administrators: the ‘Okay to Pay All’ feature. This innovative tool streamlines the payroll process, making it easier and more efficient for organizations.
The ‘Okay to Pay All’ feature allows payroll administrators to mark or clear the ‘Okay to Pay’ checkbox for all employee pay line details in one action. This eliminates the tedious need to manually select each row, thereby enhancing control and flexibility in payroll processing.
To activate the ‘Okay to Pay All’ setup, navigate to the Payroll for NA Installation page and check the box in the ‘OK to Pay All’ group section.

With just one click, administrators can mark all relevant payline rows for an employee, ensuring faster processing and reducing the risk of human error. If necessary, the system can also clear all selections in one go, significantly speeding up payroll administration.

Once all rows have been marked or cleared, selecting “Okay” confirms the action. The system then updates all payline rows for the employee and changes the action button to ‘Unavailable’ to prevent further changes until required.
